Xcel Girls Team
The Xcel program is a competitive program for athletes that desire to compete in the sport of gymnastics but also want to maintain participation in other sports and activities. The athletes in this program train anywhere from 4-13 hours per week. The Xcel program was created to give athletes an opportunity to experience competition without the time and financial commitment required by the Junior Olympic Girls program. Our goal at Incline Gymnastics is for these athletes to experience the excitement of competition while preparing to become an excellent high school gymnast, if desired.
Girls Junior Olympic Team
The Junior Olympic Girls’ Team program is a highly competitive program for athletes that desire to excel in the sport of gymnastics. The athletes in this program train anywhere from 12-26 hours per week. There are 8 levels in the Junior Olympic program with Levels 3-5 being Compulsory levels and Levels 6-10 being Optional Levels. In the compulsory levels, each gymnast competes the same routine on each event and they are scored by a panel of judges based on their performance. In the optional levels, each gymnast competes their own personal routines, which include a set of required elements that differs according to the level in which the athlete is competing. Compulsory levels competition season is in the fall (September – December) and Optional levels competition season is in the winter (January – May). Our goal at Incline Gymnastics is for the athletes in the Junior Olympic program to be fully prepared and eligible for a collegiate scholarship.
The Junior Olympic Boys Team program is a competitive program for athletes that want an opportunity to compete in the sport of gymnastics. There are also 7 levels in the competitive boys’ program with Level 4-7 being Compulsory levels and Levels 8-10 being Optional Levels. We are currently competing Levels 4-8 at Incline Gymnastics and eager to expand into Levels 9 and 10 in the future.
