The front desk is staffed Monday - Friday from 3pm-6:30pm and Saturdays from 9am-11am.

All class days and times may be viewed on the parent portal. Please create a family account and add your athletes to view eligible classes.
Free trial classes may be requested through the parent portal at any time!

All of our classes maintain a strict coach to athlete ratio. This is so we can provide a fun, safe and educational environment for all of our athletes.
Waitlist times vary. Please call the office or email to learn more about how many kiddos are on the waitlist ahead of your student.
Congratulations! You have 7 days to accept your trial class. Please leave a voicemail or respond via email, either accepting or declining your trial class.
Please be aware, trial classes may only be scheduled out two weeks from your intial email invite.
Please visit the front desk immediately after your trial to secure your class enrollment.
The office will hold your enrollment slot through the end of the day before extending an invitation to another athlete.
Your new enrollment will begin the following week!
Monthly tuition covers four classes each month. Some months may have 5 classes. Incline may cancel any fifth class without prorating tuition for special events/holidays.
If scheduled cancelations result in fewer than four classes in a month, your tuition will be prorated.
If unexpected cancelations occur, make up opportunities will be offered. An example of an unexpected cancelation would be a closure due to inclement weather.
Please email the front desk at inclinefrontdesk@gmail.com within 24 hours of your missed class to receive a make up token. Make up tokens will only be issued after your class has been missed. No make up tokens will be given for requests outside of the 24 hour timeframe.
To schedule your make up class call/email the front desk for help. Make up classes may only be scheduled two weeks in advance.
All drops must be received by the 15th of the month in order to drop the upcoming months class/tuition.
