The Xcel program is a competitive program for athletes that desire to compete in the sport of gymnastics but also want to maintain participation in other sports and activities. Athletes in the XCEL program train anywhere from 3-13 hours per week. The Xcel program was created to give athletes an opportunity to experience competition with fewer time and financial commitments. Our goal at Incline Gymnastics is for these athletes to experience the excitement of competition while preparing to become an excellent high school gymnast, if desired.
The Junior Development Women’s Team program is a highly competitive program for the athlete that desires to possibly compete at the collegiate level. Athletes in the DP program train anywhere from 6-24 hours per week. The DP program includes compulsory and optional levels. In the compulsory levels, all gymnasts compete the same routine on each event. In the optional levels, each gymnast competes their own personal routines, which include a set of required elements that increase in difficulty according to the level in which the athlete is competing. Compulsory levels compete in the fall (September – December) and optional levels compete in the winter (January – May). Athletes in our Development Program are aiming to compete at the collegiate level.
The Junior Development Men’s Team is a competitive program for athletes that want an opportunity to compete in the sport of gymnastics. The USAG Men’s program is divided into compulsory and optional levels, with levels 3 – 7 being compulsory and levels 8 – 10 being optional. The Junior Development Men’s program is aimed at those athletes who desire to compete at the collegiate level.
